**TO BOOK PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW MY AVAILABILITY** What fashion do you want to learn to draw? -Maybe you are struggling to draw jeans? Maybe the top you are drawing just doesn't look right. Maybe you want to learn how to draw houndstooth fabric? Example Content: -Learn to draw clothing onto a body using a body template -Learn how to draw creases and fold in fabric to make it look realistic -Learn to draw different types of fabric. -Learn to draw Dresses/Tops/Trousers/Skirts/Shorts/Outerwear- This can be womenswear/Menswear or Childrenswear. -Learn to draw garments technically so that they can be translated into a garment to make. -Learn a variety of different ways to do fashion illustration - Painting/Mixed Media/Photography/charcoal/pastels. The idea behind this class is that the student has their own private tutor that will take them step-by-step through drawing clothing so that they can draw their own fashion designs.

Equipment will vary depending on what the student wants to learn in the lesson but normally they will need the following: Paper ( not too thick -printer paper is great) Body template ( Provided as PDF to print) Pencil Eraser Watercolour pencils OR Watercolour paint Paintbrush/ water pot. Fineliner - waterproof if possible ( if not that's ok will just need to let the paint dry before using) Colouring pencils

Hello, my name is Hetty and I am a teacher living in the Cotswolds, picturesque countryside in the United Kingdom.
I am a fully qualified secondary school teacher of sewing, art and photography, I have been teaching 11 to 18 year olds in person since 2009 and I have recently decided to teach online and make educational resources full time.
I am looking forward to teaching creative skills and passing on knowledge to students from all over the world.
I will be teaching various lessons to a range of abilities – Sewing, Textiles, Photography, Art, Crafting and Fashion Illustration.
In my classes, I will aim to safely teach students creative techniques so that they can use these skills to be experimental and independent in their own creations. I believe that as a teacher I am here to show you the starting point so that you can use these skills to create from your own imagination.
I love learning new skills and teaching them to others and I look forward to welcoming you to my classes.
