一對一學前班技巧：字母、聲音、詞彙、數字、計數、形狀

In this ongoing course, I will meet one-on-one with your child each week to work on their alphabet and number recognition skills to get them ready for Kindergarten.  

Through a personalized and positive approach, I will help your child to become more confident with their alphabet skills - including letter recognition, letter sounds, recognizing words that begin with each letter, building vocabulary, and rhyming. Your child will also become more confident with number recognition, counting in sets and recognizing one-to-one correspondence, shapes recognition, and patterns. 

Because this is a one-on-one class, I will be working only with your child during our session. I will assess your child’s strengths and cater my lessons to address your child’s individual needs and learning style. Your child will have my undivided attention as we explore the letters of the alphabet and build a strong phonics foundation. 

My approach is to be responsive, attentive, and encouraging, so that your child always feels comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas. I also believe learning should be fun, playful, and interactive, and I incorporate stories, pictures, games, posters, songs, finger plays, and show and tell into my lessons.
