  • Develop Functional Strength: Students will learn to effectively use resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build muscle strength and endurance, enhancing their overall physical fitness.
  • Improve Cardiovascular Fitness: Through interval training and cardio exercises, students will improve their cardiovascular health, stamina, and agility.
  • Master Proper Exercise Form: Students will understand and demonstrate correct form and technique for resistance band exercises, bodyweight movements, and cardio activities to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.

-Teaching Certification (Texas)
-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) License- International Sports & Science Association (ISSA)
-Strength & Condition Certified- (ISSA)
-Nutritionist Certified- (ISSA)
-Corrective Exercise Specialists Certified- (ISSA)
-Experience- 10+ years youth/adult coach and trainer
Resistance bands and or light dumbbells
Parental guidance is suggested just to make sure your child is staying hydrated and resting when needed. But don't worry! We will take plenty of group water and breathing breaks!
