*Prior to entering class please make sure you have the handout printed out or someplace that you can reference it quickly. This will make the process of cracking the codes easier for them.*

Class will begin with an introduction to the two codes that we will be discussing in class, the pigpen cipher and the caesar cipher! Students will be taught how each one works while trying to find the missing code in order to get out of the bunker!

Once a student understands the basics of the codes, they will be able to create codes on their own to share with friends and family, or put in their own escape rooms!

In order to leave class at the end, students will have to use their knowledge of the codes to escape our classroom!

All you need to bring to class is a piece of paper and something to write with and we are going to have a lot of fun!
