This is a social space where members are encouraged to share their experiences learning Japanese, pick up a new habit or two to hone their language skills. It is also a space where the members boosts their confidence in speaking and writing Japanese through making mistakes and learning how to avoid repeating the same mistakes. Students will learn novice level Japanese phrases and expressions from my weekly posting as well as from the fellow learners. Sharing what we've learned is part of the learning process.
Certified teacher for Japanese (EC-12), Mandarin(EC-12) and Art(EC-12). I grew up speaking Japanese, Mandarin and Taiwanese, so I have no problem mixing them up to meet your need. Many years of freelance tutoring experience for Japanese and Mandarin have helped me teaching all levels of Japanese including Pre-AP and AP classes at my former employment at a public high school.
