Welcome to the Sketchbook Club! This group is designed to inspire and encourage young artists to explore the benefits of drawing in a sketchbook regularly. Drawing in a sketchbook is not only a fun and creative activity, but it also offers numerous health and wellness benefits. Studies have shown that drawing can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase self-expression and confidence. Drawing in a sketchbook regularly can also help improve hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and overall cognitive development. In this group, we'll explore different drawing techniques, experiment with various art materials, and share our creations with each other. Each session will be interactive and engaging, with plenty of opportunities for group discussion, sharing ideas, and providing feedback on each other's artwork. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this group is for anyone who loves drawing and wants to reap the benefits of keeping a sketchbook. So grab your sketchbook and join us for a fun and inspiring journey into the world of drawing! Moderator is also a homeschool mom of two children ages 10 & 7. Moderator will also award digital stickers for winners of challenges April: Spring Sketches May: Mindfulness Sketching June: Summer Adventures July: Sketch challenges

With over 15 years of experience as a fashion designer and educator. With a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, Johnni combines industry expertise with hands-on teaching to create engaging and practical learning experiences in every class.
Our courses cover traditional art, fashion illustration, and digital illustration, providing students with the skills to express themselves artistically while developing valuable creative problem-solving abilities.
