수업 소개
Gentle movement with breath connection involves yoga poses such as Tree Pose, Sun Salutation, and various seated poses ,for instance. The class is important, and I carefully note any injuries the kids may have prior to the session, even though the class is very light and simple. My aim is to teach them how to move in harmony with their breath, encouraging them to be present and mindful of their bodies and movements. I want to provide them with tools to find serenity and peace while also developing flexibility in their bodies. Icebreaker: How do I feel today? I will be sharing cards with parents before class in PDF or JPG format.

I earned my diploma in the UK and have been a certified yoga teacher through the Life Center, part of the British Wheel of Yoga, since 2007.
My journey with yoga began when I was around 7 or 8 years old and practiced with my grandfather in Rome.
I have been practicing yoga since the year 2000.
