This World Geography Class will be built around the five themes of geography: location, place, region, human-environment interaction, and movement. This course will give students a foundation for understanding global issues in the context of physical and human geography. **This class does NOT meet live.**. I have over twenty years experience working with and teaching students. I have a bachelor's degree in both History and Economics. My master's degree is in Higher Education. I also have a juris doctorate degree in Law. Most importantly, I have a passion for teaching, history in particular!

Each week students will receive three to five lessons in the Outschool classroom. There will be three projects throughout the course of the semester that students will complete individually. Projects will be based around a geographic theme chosen by the teacher. Students can then pick from a list of projects or decide to do a self-chosen project that has been approved by the teacher.수업 외 주당 2 - 4 시간

Students and parents will receive a written report of the student's progress every four weeks. If a grade is needed for a transcript, let the teacher know in advance, and a grade will be given for the student.제공되는 성적
At times during our discussions, topics of a sensitive nature do arise. All discussions will be kept at an age appropriate manner. This class touches upon historically marginalized group in different parts of the world. I will teach facts and different sides of the same issue. I will respond to and redirect any unsolicited or insensitive expressions around sensitive topics. I will also reach out to parents after class to discuss the issue that occurred during class.
