In this one time class, we will work together using prompts to write a special individualized poem. We will then talk about the revision process, and learners can edit their poems. Final drafts of the poems will be re-written and mounted on colorful paper to create a gift to give a friend or loved one!

In addition to the handout provided prior to class, and some paper and a pen, students will need scissors, glue, and a color or decorative piece of paper to complete their final gift.
