Do you ever read a book and need to talk to someone about it.? That's where this book club comes in. Each week students will have the chance to share about the (age appropriate) book that they are reading. The students will discuss the title and author along with a summary of the story. We will discuss characters, plot, theme, point of view, descriptors, and anything else that might pertain to the story. We will also gain new book recommendations. Each week, I will discuss a middle grade book...
Students will enhance social and summarization skills by talking with peers and a teacher about books they are reading and giving recommendations to each other in an adult-lead, student-driven environment.
