수업 소개
All learners will need to arrive to class with a printed copy of the personality test, something to write with a piece of paper, and a calculator to add numbers if math isn't their favorite subject. The learners will all be asked to take the color personality survey. No need to do it before class starts. After the survey is complete each learner will share what color they scored the highest in and which one was their 2nd highest. Did they have any that were a tie? Do they agree with the results of their survey? Why or why not? We will then take a look at the descriptions of each. As a group we have a discussion, that will be guided by procession questions, about the strengths of each color group and how they can be beneficial to a team or group. Also we will discuss how to overcome potential conflict that may come up with people who have a different personality. We will also discuss the importance of identifying and celebrating the difference between people. I will use a Google Slide presentation that includes videos and images for students who are more visual. It will be reiterated to all learners that... 1. Each person is a unique blend of the four colors or styles – a spectrum. 2. There are no good or bad colors. 3. There are wide individual variations within each color spectrum. 4. As you start to grow in your leadership or as an individual your color may change and that is ok. 5. Understanding the personality of people you work with helps you use everyone’s strengths and work better as a team.

There are 4 30-50 second clips from the Ninja Turtle Movie (the clips are the actors/producers describing them) of each Ninja Turtle and as a class we will look at the clips to see if we can guess the personality color based off the information we learned about each color.

Each student will need a printed copy of the personality test or a piece of paper to write their responses and something to write with to take the survey. It may also be beneficial for them to have a calculator if they need help adding.
