Learn to Draw and Paint Cute Animals! For this ongoing class, students will practice drawing and using watercolor while painting animals. For these meetings students will be given a prompt draw and paint, and will receive step by step instructions on how to complete the drawing. Students will receive these suggestions on how to draw each animal, but are encouraged to choose any color and placement they prefer. By drawing and painting animals, we will learn and practice different drawing...
Students will gain experience drawing animals and using watercolor. Practice and sharpen hand to eye coordination and motor skills.
Supply/Materials list: Watercolor paint Plain paper for sketching Watercolor paper #2 Pencil or HB lead pencil Marker (preferably black, or dark colors. Used to create outline) Eraser Mixing palette Two jars/containers/cups of water Paint brushes soft synthetic bristles (preferably in two sizes) Spray bottle or dropper tool (for water) Paper towel The majority of these items prices range from $2 and to 15$ If student does not already have these materials, supplies may be found in Art stores, Art sections and online stores.
