Welcome to Ms. Jodi's Waldorf Classroom! In this class, we will light a story candle before reading magical stories of leprechauns, fairy's gold, and Saint Patrick. After reading, we will have some story discussion, draw a picture from the story and write some descriptive sentences. This class is perfect for first and second-grade students. I worked for six years as a Waldorf school (K-12) librarian working closely with all class teachers. I am an expert in choosing developmentally appropriate reading and curriculum material for all students. I am also a reading coach, private reading tutor, and ESL teacher. I love teaching children to read and love to see their immense excitement with their successes! I teach kindy-high school students from all around the world. I work with students at all levels, struggling to gifted. My expertise includes finding what makes kids successful so that they want to keep learning.
