Hello, and welcome to my corner of the virtual learning world! I'll be offering classes focused on early literacy practices for your young children. Creating a student who loves reading begins at birth. As cheesy as it sounds, it's true! I am hopeful that I can make a difference in your young child's literacy here on Outschool. I'll also be creating craft classes, because when I was a young student, crafts were one of the most fun ways to make learning come alive. In addition to literacy and craft classes, I plan to add classes based on the four main subjects from elementary school- math, language arts, social studies, and science.

I'm a licensed early childhood teacher (this is considered preschool- 3rd grade in my state), and have taught 2nd grade for the last 3 years. I also have experience teaching preschool for over 5 years during my college career. My bachelors degree is in early childhood education and my masters degree is in curriculum and instruction. 

I'm currently a work at home mom to my one year old boy. We love going to the park, exercising, traveling to new places in the world, and playing with our dog!
