In this fast paced class, students will learn basic vocal warm ups for acting and clear speech. We will learn proper breathing and breath control, correct pronuciation, how to control volume, pitch and rate of speech. We will practice with a variety of tongue twisters. I will teach the vocal exercises, then students will repeat them. We will read several sentences and experiment with how the meaning is changed by varying how words are pronounced.
