Unshakable is a 4-week journey designed to help participants break free from self-doubt, embrace their true identity, and build lasting confidence. Through guided self-reflection, engaging activities, and supportive group discussions, this course explores the power of self-perception, the impact of inner dialogue, and practical strategies for developing self-assurance. By the end of this course, participants will have a deeper understanding of their worth, a toolkit for self-empowerment, and the confidence to navigate life with a stronger sense of self.
