Welcome to your course on the Russian Revolution! In this four-part course, students will learn about the events that led to Russia becoming the Soviet Union through two revolutions. From the fall of the royal family to the rise of Vladimir Lenin, this course will dive into the drama that unfolded in Russia which would transform the country. Students will gain an understanding of the Russian Revolution. Students will be able to recall the events that caused the Russian Revolution. Students will be able to examine the causes and consequences of the Russian Revolution.
I have a degree in History and I am certified as an educator in Ontario, Canada. I am qualified to teach intermediate and senior divisions of History. All of the class content will be researched information that is from factual reliable sources accompanied by my extensive knowledge of these subjects.

The Russian Revolution does include death, violence, and war. Images and content will be monitored to ensure it is age appropriate. This class will use the trivia game, Kahoot. Students will be provided with a link during class time through the Zoom chat. This link will take them directly into the game where they will enter their name. No personal information or downloads are required to participate.
