수업 소개
In this Live, one-time class, we will begin with a short introduction! The learners will each have a chance to say their age and where they live. Following intros, we will read the book "The I Love You Book" by Todd Parr. Following our book, we will dance to simple but fun music about Valentine's Day, Hearts, Love, and so much more! We will then create a Love Bug Valentine Craft. Prior to class, each learner will receive their supply list (printouts, paper, scissors, glue) and we will create a Love Bug. This can be something used as a decoration or it could be a Valentine to give to a loved one!

Please use caution when participating; ensure there is adequate space to dance, the learner is wearing appropriate loose-fitting clothes, the learner has a water bottle, and no prior injury or health condition could prohibit safety while taking this class.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (10) youngest daughter (8), and then the littlest one is 5years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
