The Chronicles of Narnia is a classic children's series that has captured the hearts of many for years. In this ongoing class, we will meet weekly to discuss these books in the style of a book club. I am a humanities teacher that has taught novel studies to a variety of ages and students with a variety of learning styles. I am passionate about reading and hope to share that passion with students. Along with teaching novel studies, I have run book clubs in my school for many years and feel that I have the expertise to teach this class.

Please have students come prepared with a writing utensil, some paper, and some pencil crayons as we may do crafts in the class.
Please be advised that these books do include violence, death, and descriptions of battles. If you are unsure of how your learner may react to these topics, please read the book in advance and reach out if you have any questions. The book does have some Christian symbolism, but religion will only be discussed in a secular, factual nature as it pertains to the book itself.
