In this class, we will practice yoga poses in a way that will give learners a full body workout. In each class, we will do the following: vinyasas (sequences of poses that flow from one to the next) for cardiovascular health; holding poses for strength; poses to stretch and increase flexibility; and then calming poses and meditation to help center ourselves and focus the mind.
