Below is the ingredient and supply list. A full shopping list with measurements will be provided upon enrollment.  

Ingredients:
•    All Purpose White Flour
•    White Granulated Sugar
•    Dark Brown Sugar
•    Light Brown Sugar
•    Confectionary/Powdered/Icing Sugar
•    Cornstarch
•    Baking Powder
•    Baking Soda
•    Salt
•    Ground Cinnamon
•    Ground Cloves
•    Ground Ginger
•    Ground Nutmeg
•    Salted Butter
•    Unsalted Butter
•    Eggs
•    Vanilla Extract
•    Cream Cheese
•    Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
•    Unsulphured Molasses
•    Chocolate Chips (Semisweet, Milk, or Dark Chocolate)
•    Sprinkles (Optional)

Miscellaneous Needed:
•    8x8 Inch Square Baking Dish
•    13x9 Inch Rectangular Baking Dish
•    Butter/Spray (To grease pans) or Parchment Paper
•    Bowls
•    Measuring Cups and Spoons
•    Spoon, Spatula, or Fork (For mixing batter or dough) 
•    Knife or Toothpick (To check for doneness)
•    Oven

Parental guidance will be necessary during this class due to the age of some learners and the use of the oven and microwave.  Some learners may also need assistance with measuring ingredients.
