This class will use John C. Maxwell's book “The 17 Indisputable Laws of Team Work” as an basis for discussion points on team leadership. Each week a chapter will be read and discussed in class and pertinent real-world examples will be used to flesh out the principles of team leadership. It will be a fun and engaging way to learn about team leadership. The desire of the teacher is to engage the student with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions. There will be hands-on interaction in this class. There may be assigned homework based on the overall learning objective for the class. The teaching style will be using interactive tools and verbal instruction, questions will be asked, and practical hands-on learning. After completion of the 17 weeks this class will begin over again.

Week of Sep 28th: Chapter One “The Law of Significance” 
Week of Oct 5th:  Chapter Two “The Law of the Big Picture” 
Week of Oct 12th: Chapter Three “The Law of the Niche” 
Week of Oct 19th: Chapter Four “The Law of Mount Everest”
