During this one time, live online course, students will be introduced to unique tales from the field of Psychology. Students will also learn about a few key figures in the field, as well as psychological methods from the past. By the end of the course, students will have gained knowledge of several different tales from Psychology. 

There is no background knowledge required, just come to class prepared to learn. As this is a one session course, there will be no homework assigned. Progress is evaluated through classroom participation.  

Overview: This course will introduce students to past psychological methods, key figures in the field, and interesting cases from Psychology. 

Methodology: The class session will begin with an introductions to encourage students to feel comfortable speaking to the class. During the course, the students will be shown a presentation that incorporates multiple modalities (text, video, audio, etc.).  The handouts for the presentation will be made available for you to print (printing is optional). Throughout the presentation, there will be stopping points for discussions related to the topic. Students will engage in on-topic discussions with their instructor as well as peers. Students will be offered the opportunity to ask questions.
