Get ready to embark on a delicious journey as we explore the flavors, traditions, and cuisine of different countries around the world! We'll dive into the vibrant cultures and mouthwatering dishes that make each place unique. Each week of camp we'll cook three different recipes (one each day of camp). I am an experienced geography teacher and a lover of traveling. I've lived in Israel and several places in the US, including Alaska. I've visited Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and Central America and hope to visit all the continents one day! I LOVE sharing cultural experiences with students through cooking.
The recipes and ingredient lists will be posted one week before class.
In this class students will use a stove, oven, knives, and other cooking tools as needed. You are welcome to modify any of the recipes to accommodate your dietary needs.
