The first class we’ll discuss what kinds of topics there are in IELTS Writing Task 2 and practice brainstorming to think through what we can write about. The second class we’ll work on putting together a good introduction and body and the final class we’ll focus on writing conclusions and putting it all together to practice the whole essay. There will be discussion in class as we practice writing IELTS Task 2 essays.

Week 1Lesson 1Brainstorming and the IntroductionToday we’ll focus on brainstorming and writing a good introduction for IELTS writing task 2.Lesson 2The Body and ConclusionWe’ll work on the body and writing a good conclusion for IELTs writing task 2.Lesson 3Putting it Together and ProofreadingToday we’ll talk about good transition words and proofreading an IELTS writing task 2. We’ll also do some IELTS writing task 2 topics.
- Students should be able to understand how to write a good IELTS Writing Task 2 description and improve, overall, in their English writing skills.
I have taught IELTS speaking and writing for over 3 years and have helped countless students not only achieve their scores but also improve their writing abilities overall.
Homework
