Reading is easy when you break it down to just a few simple steps. Step 1: Learn the letter sounds Step 2: Learn the vowel sounds well. After all, every word must have one (or more)! Step 3: Learn how to blend the sound together. Begin with two and then three; then you're on your way! Step 4: Learn the special sounds. (The official name is digraphs and diphthongs.)
