In this meeting, kids will learn how to adequately stretch their muscles while learning what muscles they are stretching. No experience is required, and they can stretch as hard or soft as they would like. In this class, kids will stretch each individual muscle and be able to ask questions as we stretch. Make sure that the student has an appropriate amount of space to do the specific stretches we will be learning in this class. The student might want to bring a water bottle just in case. In order to allow for the best movement students should wear stretchy or loose-fitting clothing.
