Stretching is a great way to prepare for a busy day! Bring your stuffed animal friend to join us for fun, animal-themed stretches! Each day, we begin by introducing ourselves and our stuffed animals. Then, I lead students in a few stretches. Each stretch is named after an animal and resembles that animal to keep students engaged and help them visualize what the stretch should look like.
