In these sessions, I will read a variety of pre-recorded stories to young children and encourage them to participate in the story and perhaps produce a drawing or sing a song to fit alongside the story. My language style and approach is low-key, easygoing, and at a young child's level, sometimes using props or toys.

Lessons are suitable for young children and all needs. Reading requirements are not required, but rather focus and participation as far as is possible for the child.

Children do not need to have acquired any reading skills, but they need to be able to sit and listen to a story story for about 5 mins or more. Please encourage your children to join in/take part during the sessions.

I hold a BA Honours degree in Integrated Early Childhood Studies, along with Early Years Professional Status (Teacher Status). I have worked in the Early Years section for 20 plus years, in pre-schools, nurseries, and toddler play groups.
