Squishmallows Travel the World Drawing Club (Ages 8-12)

Ready for a squishy, sketchy world tour? Join the Squishmallows Around the World Drawing Club, where your favorite plush pals—like Cam the Cat, Fifi the Fox, and Lola the Unicorn—hop on a global adventure! Each week, we’ll “visit” a famous landmark (Eiffel Tower, anyone?) and learn to draw it step-by-step with a Squishmallow buddy in the scene. 

From pyramids to pandas, we’ll doodle our way across continents, filling your Squishmallow sketchbook with cute, colorful memories. No art skills? No worries! We’ll break it down into simple shapes with step-by-step instructions—perfect for beginners and pros alike.

⇢ Week of April 14th 2025: Topic/Theme Squishmallow In Paris 

“Cam the Cat at the Eiffel Tower”
Vibe: Bonjour, squishy travelers! Cam’s in Paris, purring under the Eiffel Tower’s pointy hat.  

Draw: Sketch Cam’s round face and stripey tail, then add the Tower’s triangle shape with a beret-wearing twist. Maybe he’s sipping a tiny hot chocolate!  

Fun Bit: “The Eiffel Tower’s 330 feet tall—Cam thinks it’s a giant cat tree!”


⇢ Week of April 21st 2025: Squishmallow Visits India

“Lola the Unicorn at the Taj Mahal”
Vibe: Sparkle meets splendor! Lola’s prancing around India’s dazzling white palace.  

Draw: Doodle Lola’s horn and floofy mane, then sketch the Taj’s big dome and skinny towers. Add a rainbow or flowers—Lola loves pretty!  

Fun Bit: “The Taj Mahal took 22 years to build—Lola says that’s unicorn-speed!”


⇢Week Of April 28th 2025: Topic/Theme: Squishmallow in Peru

“Fifi the Fox at Machu Picchu”
Vibe: Foxy the explorer alert! Fifi’s scampering up Peru’s misty mountain ruins.  

Draw: Draw Fifi’s bushy tail and sly grin, then stack Machu Picchu’s stone walls and green peaks. Maybe she’s chasing a llama!  

Fun Bit: “Machu Picchu’s hidden in the clouds—Fifi’s the sneakiest tour guide!”


⇢ Week of May 5th 2025: Topic/Theme Squishmallow Down Under

Week 4: “Winston the Owl at the Great Barrier Reef”
Vibe: Hoot, dive, splash! Winston’s soaring over Australia’s underwater rainbow.  

Draw: Sketch Winston’s big eyes and wings, then swirl the Reef’s wavy corals and fishies. Give him flippers or a snorkel—owl overboard!  

Fun Bit: “The Reef’s got 1,500 fish species—Winston’s counting them all!”

 

Supplies: Pencils/erasers, crayons/markers, and a blank sketchbook (or mixed media sketch paper).  

Bonus Optional: Bring along your favorite Squishmallow to show to the class.
