It is no secret that off-ice hockey training is beneficial for all ages and levels, improving aspects of the game such as speed, power, agility, focus and strength. 

In these private ongoing lessons, the learner will complete drills based on what they want and need to work on. Examples including specific  stickhandling, specific skills (shooting, passing, deeks) and even dryland exercises (explosiveness, agility, core strength), with demonstrations from the teacher and some NHL highlight vidoes. 

Please bring a water bottle, a hockey stick 1-2 inches above or below their chin as well as a hockey specific ball (a golf or tennis ball can also be used). Please make sure the learner has room to move as well as an appropriate surface to stickhandle on (carpet, yoga mat, etc).
