This class is a FLEX class. This means that you will receive a video recording of the lesson. I will teach the rule, and then have children spell words. They will be asked to pause the recording, spell the word, unpause it, and then check to see if it is spelled correctly. We will discuss why the word is spelled that way, and review syllables that were taught in the first Spelling Rules for Older children class. Students will have worksheets to work on that will help them pass their spelling test. (10 to 15 min a day but optional) Students should participate in the two weekly activities throughout the week.
