Week 1
Lesson 1
Review of Spanish basics. Discussion about Spain and Chapter 1 of Class Novel.
Students will learn different ways to greet each other, talk about the weather and calendar and discuss how they feel in Spanish.  Students will read and discuss Chapter 1 of the novel. Practice vocabulary and structures in a variety of fun and engaging activities.   Students will learn about Spain and different cultural traditions.  They will also learn about Spanish food, houses and history.

Students will read and discuss Chapters 2-3 of the novel. Practice vocabulary and structures in a variety of fun and engaging activities. Discussion of present tense verb conjugations.

Students will read and discuss Chapters 1-2 of the novel. Practice vocabulary and structures in a variety of fun and engaging activities. Students will learn about Mexico and its art and history in this class. Discussion of past tense verb conjugation.
