Welcome to this one-on-one high school social studies class, designed to make social studies educational, engaging and relevant to real-world scenarios. I am a certified high school teacher and can help your learner with any social studies class, including World or U.S. history, geography, civics, and economics. Each lesson encourages critical thinking, and helps students build a strong understanding of social studies. As classes progress, learners will be able to explore complex concepts and trends in history.

Students can bring homework from any social studies class, or I can design a class based on your interests and needs. I use interactive activities, simulations, and case studies, which engages learners and supports them in connecting social studies concepts to real life examples. Learners will participate in discussions and will have support in finishing assignments or completing social studies projects. Hands-on projects challenge students to research, analyze, and present their findings in a way that aligns with their individual interests and strengths.

For homeschool students, I can design customized lessons tailored to your child’s needs, covering a wide range of topics, from citizenship, government, to global cultures and  economics, and or other social study topics you are interested in.

This class transforms social studies into an exciting journey of exploration, helping students develop deeper understanding of important thinking skills in history. Lessons will be  interactive and fun to  ensures students develop historical thinking and writing skills.
