In this beginner American Sign Language class learners will enjoy lively music, ASL instruction, fun puppets, props and more! Each week students will learn more than 40 new ASL signs, in a fun and engaging way with themed stories and songs. We will begin each class with a short hand warm-up, Singing & Signing along to a “Hello” song and then meeting my puppet Blue! After hearing our theme for the week students will learn two complete songs surrounding that particular theme: 
Week #1 - Rainbows! 
Week #2 - The Great Race!
Week #3 - Ladybug Picnic!
Week #4 - Mish Mash Review! (One song practice from each of weeks prior plus final ASL projects)

Each week will feature a new book and build on question words, yes/no answers and short phrases. Students will get silly ASL questions posted to the classroom at the end of each class and can post the photos or videos of their answers in the classroom to share and interact with other learners in their group. Photos or videos of the students signing their favorite signs or songs from our session will be posted after our final class for all to enjoy!
