I have taught this course to local students and have had amazing feedback from children begging to read more Shakespeare together. I love to find ways to make Shakespeare exciting and fresh for young ones!

The story of Romeo and Juliet features romance, murder and suicide. We will be analyzing the characters and motives during this class, as well as viewing a clip of the death scene at the end of the play. The story of Richard III also contains scenes of war and battle, death, murder and physical deformities. While I try to keep these classes as light-hearted and casual as possible, these elements are present. I have experience teaching these classes to children and do my best to present these subjects in an age-appropriate manner.
