In this Waldorf-inspired class, we will use nursery rhymes and songs from around the world to integrate the child's sense of touch, life, movement, and balance using songs, simple crafts, gestures, finger plays, dramatic play, and more. A special focus on crossing the midline (an important pre-reading and writing step!) and gaining control of our bodies as well as building community and practicing social skills will be part of each class. Ms. Annette has been teaching Waldorf-inspired curriculum (with some Montessori and Reggio Emilia thrown in there as well!) for over 20 years. She has sold thousands of books and helped many families find a peaceful and gentle rhythm to their days in the early childhood years.

Children should have the follow on hand each week, with any additional materials being added in the online classroom. Some families find it helpful to keep these in a little basket so they are ready for Nursery Rhyme Nursery School.
