수업 소개
In this interactive 2-day class, students will create a festive snowball toss game using Scratch coding! They’ll learn to animate a character who tosses snowballs to hit moving holiday-themed targets, building skills with movement, loops, and conditionals. Each day, we’ll introduce a new concept. On Day 1, students will design a character and targets and learn to program simple movement to toss snowballs. On Day 2, we’ll add fun challenges like scorekeeping, animated targets, and sound effects for a complete, festive game! This class is highly engaging, with plenty of hands-on coding time, personalized feedback, and opportunities for learners to share their creations with the class. My teaching style is friendly, encouraging, and hands-on, ensuring that learners stay engaged and excited to code. By the end, students will have a game they can play and share with family and friends over the holidays!
