In this class, assessments will primarily consist of personal assessments conducted by the teacher through observation of students during class sessions. Please note, this is the same class as "Scratch Coding & Computer Skills Technology Club - Beginner " but the class times are scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Join our awesome coding adventure club – where young coders level up weekly and can hop out anytime they want! It's the perfect pit stop for those shifting from Scratch Jr, craving a bit more coding thrill and computer skill. Our classes move at a comfortable pace for young readers, ensuring everyone keeps up. Plus, students get to share their awesome ideas and express themselves in the most comfortable way possible! Each week a new project or coding idea will be explored as a stand-alone lesson. The project ideas are student-driven. Students who are new to using a computer and reading may need parental assistance during class. 👀⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am always willing to stay an extra 10 minutes after class has ended to assist struggling students.

Great teachers form strong relationships with their students by engaging them in the subjects they are passionate about. I have always been a logical thinker who enjoys science, math, technology, and engineering both for work and play.
I worked as an engineer for companies like Frito-Lay, Anheuser-Busch, Amgen as a consultant for many years improving their systems with automation and equipment. Once I became a parent, I began teaching extra-curricular classes as a way to have more time at home, but stay involved in subjects that bring me joy.
Realizing that by being warm, professional, and enthusiastic, I am able to engage students. My creative lessons and strong classroom presence help build student confidence while increasing interest in subjects that may otherwise seem intimidating.
