Week 12
Students will discuss acids and bases and discuss gas combustion used for rockets and jets.
LIVE EXPERIMENT DAY. WE WILL VIEW MULTIPLE, LIVE, HIGH ENERGY REDOX REACTIONS AND DISCUSS WHAT TOOK PLACE DURING THESE REACTIONS,
Week 13
Riddle Me chemistry. Students will solve chemistry riddles based on valence structure, molecular formulas, atomics weights, numbers, and subatomic particles.

Week 14
Students will review major Chem topics.

Astronomy/Cosmology

Hello future students!

I am a high school teacher with experience in Chemistry, Geometry, Algebra and Biology! I am a premedical student that transitioned to teaching. I have always succeeded as a hands on learner and hope to do the same for your student. I value learning is beyond lectures and reading material. We will saturate the topic with interaction as I facilitate your children’s inquiry in complex topics for the youngest levels.

I am also the JV basketball coach and Special Olympics liaison/coach for flag football, basketball and track. In the fall I am the head Pop Warner football coach for 5, 6 and 7 year olds. I am able to inspire my students and players be in the classroom and on the field or court.
