In this course, we will dive into second-grade spelling and sight words with the goal of improving our reading fluency and confidence. Whether your kiddo is preparing to enter second grade or is already working through second-grade work, this course is sure to give them the tools they need to read with ease. My teaching style encourages learners to be active participants in their learning by using the info they already have to build upon what we're uncovering in class. Children will have the opportunity to engage with me by giving their thoughts, answering questions, and participating in games during the class. I'm so happy to have you here :)

Learners will become more confident readers as they learn that reading can be done in ways that are just as fun as they are challenging.Learners will improve their reading fluency through memorization of sight words they see in the course.
