US Grade 2 - 5
In this class, students read and discuss articles from the Reading Explorer Foundations book by National Geographic. Students learn essential skills like: skimming a paragraph, identifying the main idea, inferring meaning, connecting pictures to text, and understanding vocabulary contextually. Students will also learn how to provide detailed responses to critical thinking questions. The Reading Explorer series is an excellent approach for learners to achieve their reading, critical thinking, and vocabulary acquisition goals.
