Procreate Pals: Best Friends' Creative Corner Class Description: Welcome to Procreate Pals, a fun and interactive drawing class where you and your best friend can explore your creativity together! This ongoing class is designed to inspire and engage young artists, allowing you to pick new and exciting subjects each week. What Will Be Taught? Fundamental and advanced techniques in Procreate How to bring your favorite subjects to life through drawing Creative expression and collaboration What Topics Will We Cover? Basics of using Procreate tools and features Drawing techniques for various subjects (animals, landscapes, characters, etc.) Weekly themes chosen by students Tips and tricks for enhancing digital artwork How Is Your Class Structured? Weekly Sessions: 30 minutes of focused drawing time New Themes: Each week features a different subject selected by the students Interactive Learning: A blend of instruction, practice, and sharing How Do I Teach? Live Demonstrations: Watch and learn as I guide you through each drawing step-by-step Interactive Exercises: Hands-on practice with real-time feedback Collaborative Projects: Work together with your best friend and other classmates Discussion and Sharing: Share your work and get constructive feedback in a supportive environment What's My Teaching Style? My teaching style is engaging, supportive, and interactive. I believe in nurturing creativity and providing personalized guidance to help each student grow as an artist. Procreate( or Procreate Pocket) is a drawing app that will be used for these classes. In terms of adhering to COPPA guidelines, Procreate and Pocket Procreate does not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children.
Procreate DOES NOT require and personal information as defined below:
It does NOT require:
First and last name;
A home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town;
Online contact information;
A screen or user name that functions as online contact information;
A telephone number;
A Social Security number;
A persistent identifier that can be used to recognize a user over time and across different websites or online services;
A photograph, video, or audio file, where such file contains a child’s image or voice;
Geolocation information sufficient to identify street name and name of a city or town; or
Information concerning the child or the parents of that child that the operator collects online from the child and combines with an identifier described above.
This is an app that is purchased through the App store as a one time purchase with no additional communication or logging in to access. One purchased- no further contact is necessary nor account to access. .

Procreate or Procreate Pocket (tablet vs. iphone),iPad or iPhone, finger or stylus. If your student only has an adroid tablet, they can download the app Ibispaint and partcipate easily! If your student only draws traditionally, please have pen, paper, pencils and coloring devices on hand to complete the session. HOWEVER your student wants to participate in class is fine--iPad, Android, OR traditional mediums!
