In this advanced ProCreate class, we dive into a new, challenging project each week, allowing students to push their creative boundaries and explore the app’s full potential. Projects are designed to showcase the depth and versatility of ProCreate, giving students the chance to experiment with advanced art techniques and tools. My goal is for each artist to leave every session with work they’re truly proud of, enriched by new skills and creative confidence.

We value the social aspect of learning as well. Students are encouraged to connect and share insights in a supportive and respectful community, where everyone’s voice is welcome. I facilitate group interaction to ensure a balanced and open exchange of ideas, so that each learner has the opportunity to contribute and be heard.

This class warmly welcomes neurodivergent learners, meeting each student where they are. Learners are always given the option to participate in ways that feel right for them—whether that’s by keeping their cameras off, choosing not to share their work, or interacting through the chat, including private messaging with me if they prefer. This is a safe space where every learner’s comfort and creativity are prioritized.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This course requires the app ProCreate which can be purchased for $10-13 from the Apple Store. Sadly, Procreate is not available for Andriod tablets. Please make sure your learner has ProCreate downloaded before the start of class. 

If your learner is serious about ProCreate, I highly recommend getting an Apple Pencil as it does make a huge difference to the experience.

The artwork we create in class is a combination of my own designs and inspiration drawn from classical artists, YouTube, and Pinterest. While I strive to use as many original ideas as possible, the challenge of creating fresh, weekly projects that can't be reused means I also rely on resources like brushes from Etsy and AI art models to craft engaging and fun lessons. When a project closely mirrors an existing artist's work, proper credit will always be given. Borrowing from master artists is a common practice in art education, allowing me to focus on providing the best learning experience for students.
