Class requirements: In order to participate in this class, students will need to have an iPad with the Procreate app installed. They will also need an Apple Pencil or other stylus to use with the app. Additionally, students should have a basic understanding of how to use an iPad and should be familiar with the basic functions of the Procreate app. Overall, these sources and requirements will provide students with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in this class and to create beautiful digital art using Procreate. In our virtual class on Procreate Basics, I believe that parent guidance is very safe and not required. The class is designed to be accessible and engaging for children of all ages and abilities, and I will provide clear and concise instructions to help learners navigate the app and learn the fundamentals of digital art. Parents are welcome to sit with their child during the class if they want to provide support and encouragement, but it is not necessary for the child to have parental supervision in order to participate in the class. I want to provide a fun and safe learning environment for all children, and I trust that they will be able to learn and create on their own with my guidance. In my virtual class, I will be using the Procreate app on an iPad with an Apple Pencil. I will also be using the Procreate user guide, which I will screen share for my students to follow along.
