개인 튜터링: 교사 Rebecca와의 1:1 개인 레슨

In these private, ongoing lessons, students will have an opportunity to have one to one learning experiences that are designed to meet his/her individual needs. If your child is struggling in a particular area or simply needs extra practice or encouragement with a set of skills, this course will be a good fit for them. This class will require regular parent-teacher communication regarding the lesson needs and progress made.

For my classes, I enjoy spending a bit of time at first getting to know the student and making them feel comfortable by engaging in conversation about their interests, both academically and socially, so I can make their learning experience suited to them. I enjoy incorporating songs, chants, acronyms, and games into my lessons to help the students meet mastery. I also teach using lots of strategies/tools so that difficult content becomes more comfortable for them. I think a positive, excitement-filled classroom makes learning fun and enjoyable, which will help them to gain confidence and be able to master skills.
