This weekly, private tutoring session will be customized to your child's needs. Lessons will be guided by the learner's current math curriculum and homework challenges. Each session will begin with a spiral review of your child solving math problems based on previous lessons. Your child will then receive help with their own homework and/or concepts that they are working on in their current math class. I have taught and tutored mathematics to 3rd - 8th graders for 25 years - including my own 3 children:-). I have my Masters Degree in Education and my 7th - 9th grade math certification. I coached middle school robotics teams for 20 years, have taught college-level education classes, and I served as a consultant to Carnegie Mellon University's Robotics Academy writing math & science robotics curriculum.
