Scheduling is flexible! Please request a time and date that works for you! Throughout my time as an English teacher (both in-person classes and on Outschool), I have encountered a desire from parents and students for one on one tutoring opportunities.  In this course,  I will be providing tutoring based on your student's needs in English language courses.  This class is an individualized experience for each student; during the meeting, we will set goals based on the student's needs.  Learners can expect help on their writing skills (both academic and creative), literature studies, grammar, organization, reading comprehension, and literature analysis skills.  The course is tailored to your learner; parent and classroom instructor feedback is always welcome.  Students can choose to meet several times with me for ongoing help or once to go over a specific assignment or topic area.  

As a former high school English instructor, I often met with students outside of class instruction time to go over their skills and meet the standards to be a successful student in class.  I hope to bring an understanding, compassionate, enthusiastic, and productive approach to these tutoring meetings.  My expertise as a writing and reading teacher, mixed with my excitement for the subject matter, will hopefully engage your learner to meet their academic goals!
