This course will provide one on one instruction to be successful in the classroom.  The class is tailored to individual student needs.  Classes will begin with early reading and math skills.   As student progresses reading skills such as beginning and ending sounds, rhyming, cvc decoding, and sight word recognition will be developed.  The math skills of addition, subtraction, patterning, skip counting, analog time, and money will be taught as initial math skills are mastered.  The teacher will communicate with parents to develop  a successful path for supplementing the school curriculum.  Your child's interests will be incorporated, as children learn best when they are interested in the topic. 
Note: Teacher Catherine does not have a background in special education or speech pathology.
Cancellation Policy:  If teacher is notified less than 24 hours before class time that student will not be in attendance, teacher Catherine will attempt to make up the class, but a make up class is not guaranteed and there will be no refund.
