This class focuses on isolated and combined movements to get the ballet dancer ready for Pointe. At least 2 years of ballet training is recommended. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Dance. I have been teaching dance of all genres for over 16 years. I have run my own successful dance studio for the last ten years where I have had the privilege to travel the world teaching dance.

Please wear comfortable clothing for this class. A long TheraBand or resistance band will be needed. A mid-size ball (The size of a basketball) will also be helpful. Have water nearby!
Although injuries do occur, I try my best to walk each student through the exercises slowly and well explained to decrease any chance of injury.
